Welcome to LaNord, exclusive partner of Création Confort, Quebec's largest manufacturer of adaptive clothing, for over 40 years.

At LaNord, as at Création Confort, our mission is to offer adaptive clothing to individuals with reduced autonomy, limited mobility, or living in residences, clothing that combines comfort and dignity while facilitating the work of caregivers and healthcare staff.

We chose to collaborate with Création Confort because their clothing is entirely designed and manufactured in Quebec. Each garment is designed to facilitate assisted dressing while respecting the dignity of the person wearing it. The styles are comfortable, durable, resistant to industrial washing, and resemble regular clothing rather than medical garments.
